To all my lovely clients,

I just wanted to let you know that I have recently accepted a new full-time job. I will still be continuing my work at Scoundrels & Scallywags, but I will now be working there one day a week alongside my new job.

If you currently have an appointment booked that I haven’t contacted you about, please message me.

I will be working Monday afternoons for the time being, and from Tuesday 22nd September, I will be working Tuesdays instead.

I’m really excited for this new opportunity and I’m so grateful that I can continue seeing all of my lovely clients at Scoundrels & Scallywags. Thank you all so much for your continued support and understanding! 🤍

Cancellation Policy 🤍

To protect both myself and my business, I am introducing a cancellation policy. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments can sometimes mean I’m unable to fill the appointment slot, resulting in lost income.

My cancellation policy is as follows:

• 48 hours before – 25% of the appointment cost
• 24–48 hours before – 50% of the appointment cost
• Less than 24 hours before or failure to attend – 100% of the appointment cost

If a cancellation fee has not been paid, another appointment cannot be booked until the balance has been cleared. If an appointment is booked online while a cancellation fee is still outstanding, the appointment will be cancelled until the fee has been paid.

This policy will come into effect from 1st June 2026.

If you already have an appointment booked, I will send you a message confirming your appointment along with the cancellation policy.
