1st batch of essences being bottled in Studio Super Nature's new home (aka my new home). It all feels very right and good to be here, and I'm happy to say in our new home in a converted church the energies are wonderful! So the quality of your essences will be just as beautiful!

Interestingly I was bottling Peace Essence when I realised it was the anniversary of 9/11. 25 years since the world shifted. I was 19 and I was just about to move from Cumbria to Manchester for university. I just got my first contract phone (so my phone number is 25 years old today). I went to the pub to meet my friends for goodbye drinks and we stared at the TV with our mouths open. Peace Essence would have definitely helped with that time.

Also Interestingly I've often had sad, shocking, stressful or difficult news just before I bottle Peace Essence. To the point where I'm a little cautious and gentle before I set up my bottling kit. But then I realise that's part of the medicine. How can we bring Peace into every area of our lives? How quickly can we get back to that still, quiet space when all around us is chaos? How can we bring peace when the world tries to create division? Or maybe you've never felt Peace, but essences can remind our energy of how it feels. And that the conditions don't have to be externally peaceful for us to reside in peace.

Nothing stressful happened today, just a joyful moment of recognition as I bottled my first batch. And melancholy for the tragedy of quarter of a century ago and the injustices and division that were to follow. Also amusement thinking about 19 year old me excited to live in a city, and be a regular at Sankeys Soap. Little did she know how deeply she'd love Manchester and grow her roots here. She would have been very surprised to see what she was doing with her life 25 years on. Although I'm pretty sure she was clutching a bottle of rescue remedy as she moved into her Salford flat........

A lovely couple of days, feeling the energy of autumn gently landing. I'll never not be happy I don't have to go back to school in September! Interesting Super Nature fact... my school uniform was bottle green, the same colour of Super Nature! It only dawned on me a long while after designing the brand, especially as I used to have an aversion to this shade of green. The inner child healing must have worked!

It was a great weekend Rosemary Douglas | Mind, Body & Spirit Events in Stockport. Thanks to all my customers its always so nice to see you, old and new. I also got to do a talk discussing Messages From the Bach Flower Remedies: An Oracle Book and I shared a mini meditation with Empower Space and Aura Spray.

Usually I need a quiet day in the house after such a big weekend, but I felt a calling yesterday to go to RHS Bridgewater Garden. I hadn't been since Imbolc where the garden felt so frozen and still, so it was special to see it full of life before autumn fully kicks in.

Then in the evening I went to a book signing of The Ancient Ways, by Seren Hawley-Plows. A book about folklore in nature and connecting to the seasons, and nature wherever you are. A lovely few days of nature connection in a variety of ways!

Super Nature is back out and about this bank holiday Monday at Manchester Irish World Heritage Centre. My first event in ages so I'm looking forward to getting out there and sharing the essences in person again!

A wonderful week finding my Super Nature! Bottling essences is always a joy and I can't quite believe it's my work!

This week has also been about me gently getting to know my new area. I was lucky enough to start volunteering nursery, planting little baby rowan trees, which will eventually be planted across Greater Manchester!

Also I've been wanting to get to wild w**d medicine workshops for ages, and was a wonderful evening meeting horsetail and chickw**d.

Also slowly venturing into Heaton Park and Prestwich Clough. Knowing I'm going to be living here for some time, it's the beginning of a beautiful relationship!

Realising more and more how my own (Super!) Nature needs to take things slowly, needs spaciousness. Needs Nature obviously! Quite a packed week for me, but I'm feeling my new beginning gently taking form. Looking forward to slowly settling and seeing any new Super Nature developments reveal themselves......
