I’ve been having visions for a couple of years and I wanted to explore them more recently and remembered an intuition course I bought a few years ago but it didn’t seem right for me at the time. Now it’s perfect and I’m so grateful for past me! 🙌

My mental health has been low for a while, thank you menopause, and I have a review with the GP soon for my HRT but it’s important to think about the way we speak to ourselves. Are we being kind and compassionate or are we putting ourselves down?
I am so grateful for waking up each day, with a chance to improve how I feel.
