Vitamin D plays an important role in supporting your immune system, bone health, muscle function and overall wellbeing. And yet deficiency is surprisingly common across the UK.
Some of the main reasons include:
☁️ Limited sunlight exposure, especially during the autumn and winter months
🥗 Few foods naturally contain significant amounts of Vitamin D
🧕 People with darker skin tones may require more sun exposure to produce the same amount of Vitamin D
👵 As we age, our skin becomes less efficient at producing Vitamin D
Low Vitamin D levels can sometimes contribute to: • Fatigue and low energy
• Muscle aches and weakness
• Frequent illnesses
• Low mood
If you're struggling with any of these symptoms, it may be worth checking your Vitamin D levels and discussing the best options for support.

I get asked about B12 a lot, but the truth is — not everyone actually needs it.
It’s most useful if you experience constant fatigue, brain fog and low energy even after rest.
But if your levels are already normal, you may not notice much difference.
That’s why I always recommend based on symptoms — not just trends.
Sometimes combining it with cupping helps improve circulation and overall results.
If you’re unsure, message me and I’ll guide you properly.

Why I have added vitamin injections to my treatment list alongside cupping.
Over the past few months, I’ve been expanding my knowledge around internal health, recovery, fatigue and nutrient deficiencies.
That is why I have now introduced vitamin injections alongside cupping therapy.
This isn’t to do with trends, it’s about supporting the body properly.
If you struggle with low energy, fatigue, hair thinning, ongoing tension or burnout, that's because there’s usually more going on beneath the surface.
I’ll now be offering tailored treatments combining cupping + targeted vitamin support depending on your needs.
Message me if you’re unsure what’s right for you ❤️

After a car accident, the pain often doesn’t show up right away. It slowly builds into stiffness, pressure and discomfort.
Cupping helps release the tension your body holds after trauma, bringing relief and supporting your recovery.
Swipe to see why it’s so effective.
