Mobile wild sauna and cold plunge based in Wirksworth, Derbyshire. Sauna is nothing without the folk. Join our Saunafolk community 🌾✨🌙🌿🌼🌿🌙✨
Our mission is to bring you joyful wild sauna experiences routed in human and nature connection.
I’ve flown for the first time in 13 years to be in Oslo to meet and learn from some of the most interesting people in the global sauna world for the 19th International Sauna Congress. We had the most amazing day yesterday at the opening ceremony at Oslo City Hall, where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded. We then spent the evening at The Well. Feeling truly grateful and can’t wait to tell you all about it. Apologies for the radio silence and the lack of community sessions. I was in a car accident this summer and it has meant I’ve had to focus on healing mentally and physically. Sessions will resume soon. Love from the fjords Jen x
