Free art workshops this summer!
Starting from next week, Nottingham Cathedral will be hosting weekly two hour family workshops inspired by the once in a lifetime restoration work happening at present, teaching historical craft for kids for free! 🎨
Designed by prolific and influential Gothic Revivalist, Augustus Pugin in 1844, Nottingham Cathedral has been through many changes over the years but is now getting closer to Pugins original vision. These workshops highlight the intersection of art, history, and science with special emphasis on sustainable making.

My pain levels vary so much I can’t work to a fixed plan. I’ve done 3 quarters now. Slate frames are great, but hoops in a hoop stand can help with ergonomics.
Can’t take the embroidery on the big slate frame though! Back at that tomorrow. Do you craft when out and about?
