One week until I’m in Wales for this wellbeing/skincare workshop 💚✨
You know what… I just have to share this 💚
In an age where most of us spend half our lives complaining about customer service, this genuinely made my day.
Yesterday afternoon I placed an order and then realised one of my lovely customers was going away on Friday and really needed her moisturiser before travelling.
I jumped onto the Tropic HQ chat and explained the situation, just asking if there was any chance the order could be prioritised.
They told me it hadn’t processed yet but they’d add a note and do their best.
Well… I got home from baby group today and the order was already sitting on my doorstep 😮✨
No extra charge.
No drama.
No endless automated nonsense.
Just kindness, efficiency and somebody actually trying to help.
Now I’ve got one happy customer with holiday skincare sorted ☀️ and another excited to try the new Sun Spritz 🌞
