OK, I was fed up with all this lovely, healthy fruit, and who doesn't need a bit of chocolate in their lives? Dark chocolate has many health benefits, lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow, supporting insulin production and a good source of essential minerals such as magnesium, iron, copper, and zinc. And it's good for your skin too - though I'm not suggesting putting melted chocolate on your face!
