The truth about hair growth that no one tells you… 👀✨

🌱 Hair growth starts with a healthy scalp. If your scalp isn’t healthy, your hair won’t thrive.

✂️ Hair doesn’t need to be cut to grow. Trims don’t speed up growth they stop split ends from breaking off.

💥 Breakage is often the reason your hair “won’t grow.” Your hair may be growing from the roots, but if it’s snapping at the ends, you’ll never see the length 😬.

🔥 Heat damage can undo months of growth. Always use a heat protectant and avoid unnecessary heat.
