Jas Bamra Hypnotherapy
I help those who have suffered loss in their life to navigate beyond the fog of grief, and related issues, to lead a fully present life again.
You’ve done the crying. The processing. The “getting through it.”
But there’s this other thing happening underneath that nobody prepared you for.
Questions you didn’t used to ask.
A pull toward something you can’t quite name yet.
A sense that the old way of coping isn’t going to cut it anymore.
You’re standing somewhere new, and you don’t have a map for it yet.
Watch this if that’s where you are right now.
P.S : In case you're wondering - in the posting of this video, tech decided to change the sound of my voice 😄 I could go back and change it, but then this is life. Sometimes it has its own plan. So enjoy tech's version of what it wants me to sound like 🤣 Do you like it?

How do you keep the memory of someone you love alive?
✨️ We often hear the phrase, "There's always light at the end of the tunnel."✨️
When we're grieving, that light can feel impossibly far away ❤️🩹
But perhaps the light isn't something we have to search for...
Perhaps it's found in the love, strength and wisdom our loved ones left within us. Even in their physical absence, their impact continues to shape us, comfort us and gently guide us forward ❤️🔥🫂
Grief doesn't ask us to stop loving. It invites us to carry that love into the life we're still here to live 🤍

My grief journey gave me the Greatest Gift.
Not because I lost my Papa.
If I could have him back, I would.
The gift wasn’t the loss.
The gift was what my grief awakened within me.
It led me to ask questions I’d never asked before.
About life.
About death.
About love.
About what truly matters.
Those questions have shaped not only the way I live, but the way I support others.
The Greatest Gift is the beginning of a new conversation.
A space where we don’t have to shy away from the deeper questions.
A space where grief, death and love can be explored with honesty, curiosity and compassion.
A space where your pain is honoured, whilst also remaining open to the possibility that your journey may be awakening something beautiful within you.
If you’ve ever sensed there is more to your story than simply “getting through” your grief...
If you’ve ever felt questions you couldn’t quite put into words...
I’d love to invite you into this conversation.
I struggled through these questions and wanting to move forward from my loss for years.
I don’t want this for you. I am here to share my experience and knowledge with you, so you don’t have to.
Join me tomorrow, Thursday 16th July at 7pm as we begin exploring The Greatest Gift together.
Let’s begin the conversation.
