Chemical peels aren’t just for winter… ☀️

With the right peel, for the right skin, at the right time, they can be appropriate in summer.

The key? A personalised approach, good skin preparation and daily SPF protection. ✨

Healthy skin is always in season.

A facial is more than just a glow ✨

It’s about giving your skin the care, hydration and attention it needs to stay healthy, radiant and resilient.

A little time for your skin… and a little time for you 🤍

For years, we’ve been told that menopause is something we simply have to endure. But what if your skincare could work with your changing biology?

As oestrogen declines, the skin loses collagen, hydration, elasticity and density. Fine lines deepen, skin becomes thinner, drier and less resilient.

The Mesoestetic Woman Care Solutions range has been developed to support the skin through these hormonal changes, helping to strengthen the pathways that declining oestrogen levels no longer support. The result? Healthier, stronger, more resilient skin from within.

Because menopause isn’t just about wrinkles—it’s about understanding why your skin is changing and choosing products designed specifically for this stage of life.

At Judy.B Aesthetics, I believe healthy skin starts with understanding the science behind ageing. Regenerative treatments combined with targeted home care can help you feel confident in your skin at every stage of life.

✨ Because your skincare should evolve with you.

Ageing is inevitable. Looking after yourself is a choice.

The biggest improvements I’ve seen in my skin haven’t come from chasing perfection. They’ve come from consistently looking after my health, my skin and my wellbeing.

Regenerative treatments, movement, good nutrition and a simple skincare routine all work together.

The aim isn’t to look 30 again.

It’s to look like the healthiest, happiest version of yourself.

✨ Healthy skin over perfect skin, every time.

Do you agree, or do you think we’re all too hard on ourselves?

The truth about the ‘Salmon S***m Facial’ 🐟

Despite the name, it’s not a facial… and it doesn’t contain salmon s***m.

Here’s what you need to know:

✨ It’s an injectable regenerative treatment, not a traditional facial.

✨ The active ingredient is purified DNA fragments (polynucleotides) extracted from the reproductive organs of salmon or trout. No s***m cells are used.

✨ The fish are not harmed during the extraction process.

✨ Fish DNA is remarkably similar to human DNA, making it highly compatible with our tissues.

Think back to my house-building analogy…

🏡 Your fibroblasts are the builders. As we age, those builders become slower and less efficient.

When polynucleotides are injected, they help those builders become healthier, stronger and work more efficiently. In turn, they stimulate your skin to produce:

• More collagen
• More elastin
• More of your body’s own hyaluronic acid – your skin’s natural moisturiser

This is regenerative medicine, not a quick fix.

Results develop gradually because you’re encouraging your skin to repair and rejuvenate itself from within.

The best results come from a consistent regenerative approach, combining treatments such as polynucleotides with other regenerative therapies, alongside the foundations of healthy skin:

🥗 Eat well
😴 Sleep well
🚶‍♀️ Move well

Beautiful skin isn’t created overnight—it’s built, just like a house, one brick at a time.

Natural skin rejuvenation is a journey, not a quick fix.

The most rewarding results are often the ones people can’t quite put their finger on. They simply notice that you look healthier, fresher and more radiant.

If you’re ready to invest in treatments that improve your skin quality from the inside out, I’d love to help you create a personalised regenerative skin plan.

✨ Because healthy skin never goes out of style.

Building beautiful skin is like building a house. 🏡

No one builds a house with just builders.

You need builders, bricks and a blueprint.

The same is true for healthy, resilient skin.

✨ Microneedling wakes up your skin’s natural repair process. Think of it as calling the builders to the site, your fibroblasts. These remarkable cells are responsible for producing collagen and elastin, the framework that keeps skin firm and healthy.

✨ Celora Vita provides many of the building materials. It contains 9 essential amino acids, including glycine and proline , key components your body uses to make collagen. They’re the bricks your fibroblasts need to build strong, healthy skin.

✨ Exosomes are the project manager or blueprint. They deliver powerful biological signals that help guide the fibroblasts, encouraging efficient repair, communication and regeneration during the healing process.

Each treatment has an important role.

Together, they create the ideal environment for your skin to repair, regenerate and produce healthier, stronger collagen.

It’s not about forcing your skin to change it’s about giving it the tools, materials and instructions it needs to do what it was designed to do.

That’s why I love combining microneedling + Celora Vita + exosomes. They complement each other beautifully, helping your skin look fresher, firmer and more radiant over time.

Regenerative aesthetics isn’t about quick fixes , it’s about supporting your skin from the inside out.

✨ Curious whether this treatment combination is right for your skin? Book a consultation and let’s create a plan that’s tailored to you.

One of the things I love most about aesthetics is that there’s always something new to learn.

Today’s learning really reinforced why I often combine regenerative treatments rather than relying on one treatment alone.

Think of collagen like building a house.

Your fibroblasts are the builders. Treatments such as Profhilo® and Stylage HydroMax encourage those builders to get to work. But even the best builders can’t build without bricks.

That’s where Celora Vita comes in. Its 9 amino acids provide the building blocks fibroblasts use to produce collagen.

For me, regenerative aesthetics isn’t about chasing trends or changing how you look. It’s about understanding how skin functions and supporting it with the right treatments at the right time.

Every treatment plan I create is tailored to the individual because healthy skin is never one-size-fits-all.

Have you heard this analogy before? I’d love to know your thoughts in the comments.

What are the potential benefits?

Reported and clinically recognised benefits can include:

• Reducing certain types of swelling and fluid build-up.
• Improving comfort and mobility in swollen limbs.
• Supporting lymph flow in people with lymphatic dysfunction.
• Promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
• Temporarily reducing the appearance of puffiness, particularly in the face

It’s important to be cautious about claims that lymphatic massage “detoxifies” the body or causes dramatic weight loss. Your liver, kidneys, lungs, and digestive system already perform the body’s primary detoxification functions, and there is limited evidence that lymphatic massage enhances those processes in healthy individuals.

When should it be avoided?

A lymphatic massage may not be appropriate for everyone. It should generally be postponed or avoided if you have:

• An active infection or fever.
• An untreated blood clot or suspected deep vein thrombosis.
• Certain forms of uncontrolled heart failure or severe kidney disease causing fluid overload.
• Some cancers or medical conditions where your healthcare team advises against it.

If you have a significant medical condition or recent surgery, it’s sensible to check with your doctor or specialist before booking a session.

For a generally healthy person, a full body lymphatic massage is usually experienced as a very light, calming treatment rather than a vigorous massage, and many people find it relaxing even if the measurable physical effects vary from person to person.
