And we're here! Home for the day is the School Room at the Lickey Hills Country Park visitor centre on Warren Lane. As part of the 8Hills Artway project, we'll be doing a little memoir writing this morning, and then Giovanni Spoz Esposito will be here from 12.30, getting all poetry in that incomparable Spoz style.
You're welcome to come and join us, do a little writing or just come in and say hello!

We're heading to the Lickeys on Saturday for the second of our 8 Hills Artways project sessions. We'll be at the visitor centre on Warren Lane from 10am.
The morning session will be centred on memory writing, and then from 1pm, Spoz will be hosting a poetry writing group. All in the shadow of the beautiful Cofton Hill.
We hope you can join us.
The visitor centre is completely accessible, has all facilities on site including a cafe. And if you're feeling energetic after all that creativity, there are walking routes suitable for all.
We will be including any work created in the sessions in a book to be printed later this year.

Feel free to stay for both (and perhaps enjoy a lovely lunch at The Windmill Cafe in between).

Happy Birthday to the brilliant Giovanni Spoz Esposito!
A genuine local legend! A huge-hearted, slightly chaotic, immensely lovable, consistently inappropriate, community activist... thanks for the humour, the energy and the compassion...
