It was so lovely to be back at the Bedford event! 🏃‍♀️✨

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to support all the amazing runners with pre- and post-race massages. It was wonderful meeting so many of you, and a huge congratulations to everyone who took part, you should all be so proud! 💪🏅

A big thank you to Laura and Amy from for making me part of such a fantastic day. 💙

I’m absolutely exhausted, but so happy! Here’s hoping I’ll see you all again next year! 🤍

🏃‍♀️ Race day tomorrow at Bedford Aerodrome! 🏃‍♂️

Tomorrow, and I will be there supporting all the runners! We can’t wait to see you all and help you perform at your best.

Stop by before your race for a pre-event sports massage to get your muscles warmed up and ready to go, then come back afterwards for a post-run massage to aid recovery, reduce soreness, and help you feel your best.

Best of luck to everyone taking part, we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 💪🏅 See you tomorrow!

Trust me, it’s not always easy working 9–5 and then doing massages until 10 p.m.

But every time a client tells me I helped them, that they’re finally pain-free, sleeping better, or able to get back to the gym… all those long days suddenly feel worth it.

I truly hope that one day I’ll be able to do this full-time. 🤍✨

Today I had a lovely client in for a full-body lymphatic drainage massage before her photoshoot ✨

We worked on the face and neck, tummy, legs and arms.

Her feedback afterwards:

“I feel so much lighter, especially in my belly and legs. I also feel relaxed and sleepy.”

This is one of my favourite things to hear after a lymphatic treatment 💛 Feeling lighter, less puffy and deeply relaxed is exactly what we’re aiming for.

Good luck with your photoshoot! ✨

Just a little bit of massage therapist humour 🤭

Spent months learning all the Latin muscle names like deltoideus, quadratus lumborum and gastrocnemius… only for clients to point and say, “It hurts here.” 😂

Safe to say nobody really cares about the Latin names now!

Some sessions hit different.

Had a client today who’s currently waiting for knee surgery. We decided to work lightly around the knee, not really knowing what to expect. I even said beforehand that it might not help — I didn’t want to give him too much hope.

But then… he walked out of my room without limping.

Honestly, it made me quite emotional, and that’s why I wanted to share this. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do 🤍

Today, 1 year ago, I became a qualified massage therapist ❤️

If you ask me, I was scared to commit to something new.
So many “what ifs” were in my head…
What if I won’t like it?
What if I’ll be bad at it?
What if my English isn’t good enough?

But thanks to my mum, my partner, and my amazing friends — I DID IT!
I’m so proud of myself.

Looking back now, I’m so glad I took that step.
I’ve found a career I truly enjoy and feel passionate about.
This is just the beginning!

Big thanks to Andy — the best teacher I could have asked for — and to everyone I had the pleasure to share this course with. Your support, kindness and energy made this journey even more special.

I jestem z siebie ogromnie dumna.

Z perspektywy czasu cieszę się, że zrobiłam ten krok.
Znalazłam ścieżkę zawodową, która naprawdę mnie cieszy i pasjonuje.
To dopiero początek!

These two treatments are completely different and focus on different aspects of the body.

Lymphatic massage is gentle and works on supporting the lymphatic system, helping with drainage, swelling, and overall recovery.
Sports massage is deeper and focuses on muscles, tension, performance, and injury prevention.

Different techniques, different purposes — but they work beautifully together to support recovery, movement, and overall wellbeing 💆‍♀️💪

Last night I tried doing lymphatic drainage massage on myself while watching a movie, just for practice and without overthinking it. I took before and after photos, and after only 10 minutes I could already see a difference.

I’m honestly amazed at how powerful this type of massage can be, even in such a short time.

I can’t wait to start treating my patients with it.

I’m so happy to announce that I’ve officially passed my lymphatic drainage massage training and am now certified! ✨

Yesterday was such an amazing day — I met so many inspiring women, and my teacher Lisa was absolutely incredible 🤍

I can’t wait to share more with you about what lymphatic drainage massage is and just how many benefits it has!

Keep an eye out for more info soon… I’ll also be looking for models ☺️
