The day before my holiday, my sister-in-law Robyn sprayed me before I went on to spray six gorgeous clients. It also happened to be one of the hottest days of the year, and honestly… I was SWEATY. 🥵

I’m always telling you girls to stay cool and avoid sweating after your tan, but sometimes it’s just not possible!

So what happens when you sweat after a fresh spray tan?

And let me tell you… seeing yourself turn green is enough to make anyone panic! 🤣 Even I had a little wobble, especially knowing I needed to be bikini-ready the very next day.

But… I took my own advice (eventually 😂), trusted the process, rinsed at the correct time, followed all of the aftercare, and ended up with the most beautiful, natural-looking holiday tan. 🌴☀️

So if your tan ever looks a little green before you rinse, don’t panic! It’s completely normal, and it doesn’t mean your tan has gone wrong.

I’ve been different shapes and sizes. I’ve had insecurities at every stage. I have loose skin, stretch marks and parts of my body that I still don’t always love.

So when you come for a spray tan, please don’t apologise for your body.

Don’t apologise for your tummy, your b***s, your scars, your cellulite or your stretch marks. I promise, I’ve heard every apology there is, and none of them are needed.

Every body deserves to feel beautiful.
Every body deserves confidence.
And every body deserves to walk out of my tent feeling amazing.

A spray tan won’t change who you are, but sometimes that gorgeous glow gives you the confidence to see yourself a little differently… and that’s my favourite part of this job. 🤎✨
