• Sculpt — dynamic standing core and movement work that gets the heart rate up: abs, balance, stability, lower-body strength and a proper cardio hit.
• Flex — this month's wild card is 8-Angle Pose, Hanna, perfectly demonstrating - I've been promised it is easier than it looks! Plus plenty of hip openers and balance work.
• Pilates — contemporary meets classical: opens with a juicy plank and standing sequence that builds upper-body strength and tones the glutes and lower body, woven through with lovely stretches and space in the upper body, then flows into a classical core and lower-ab section to finish.
• Flow & Chill — a proper summer unwind, creating loads of space in the body with long, juicy stretches. Lovely when it's hot - come and enjoy the summer melt.

There’s a moment just after sunrise when the Hope Valley is completely golden and completely silent. It lasts about four minutes. It’s worth every second of the early alarm.
Surprise View sits just 20 minutes from R1SE - a short walk through the trees and then the whole of the Hope Valley opens up in front of you. Sunrise or sunset, any day in July. Then come back and flow.
