Thought I’d jump on this trend as a bit of fun!
But with some serious points - I do think a personal stylist is for everyone. It can seem like a luxury that we shouldn’t afford ourselves, but I promise you there is no price on the confidence it will give you, not to mention the time and money you’ll save.
It’s true than I’ve never been able to buy a luxury designer handbag - even though I have a few on my mood boards - maybe a second hand one, one day!
And the other surprise might be that as a personal stylist I prioritise travel over new clothes. It’s true. I love clothes (and shopping) don’t get me wrong but I live for travelling and experiences with my favourite humans. 🥰
And lastly, everyone’s feed is full of Taylor Swift and cats, no??

Please, get a real human who drapes in person or online, because it’s not about generic characterisation and putting you in a box because you have blonde hair and blue eyes.
It’s about how some colours make you take up more space, light you up and make you feel confident - that comes from a place of connection, a human place.

One thing I’ve noticed time and time again when working with clients, is that very few women come to me because they simply want new clothes.
On the surface, they might be looking for a colour analysis, help understanding their body shape, or support with their wardrobe.
But underneath that, there’s usually something else going on.
Life has changed.
Perhaps they’ve become a mum. Maybe they’ve changed careers. Gone through a divorce. Experienced changes in their body.
Or perhaps they’ve simply reached a point where they feel different to the woman they were ten years ago. And that’s completely normal.
The challenge is that while we’re busy navigating these changes, our wardrobes often get left behind.
We hold onto clothes that no longer fit our lifestyle…

Malta, you surprising beauty! 🇲🇹
Girls holiday finally made it out the chat - we chose Malta, because of the weather in June and budget flights.
We didn’t really mind where we went to be honest, you know what its like, just somewhere far enough away not to hear “what’s for dinner?”, “have you seen my….?”, “can you take me to…?”. Somewhere we could both switch off for a few days.
Valetta turned out to be the perfect tonic!
Here’s some info on where we stayed and recommendations on where to eat!
📍The Gomerino Hotel, Valletta.
Perfect location, gym, indoor pool spa and rooftop pool and bar, including breakfast. £100ppn, booked through Expedia.
🍻Food and Drink.
📍Zero Sei Trattoria Romana. Old Theatre Street. Authentic italian, fresh homemade pasta. We had to wait in line for about 15 minutes - but well worth the wait.
📍Officine Del Pelsce. Old Theatre Street. Tiny tiny spot with about 8 tables. We booked on the first night for the second night. So delicious.
📍Asti Brasserie. Triq Sant’ Orsla. Seating outside with lanterns and live music. We had the Maltese and Italian sharing platter - great food cheap wine, fab music!
📍La Nostra Padrona. On the harbour, Marsaxlokk.
THE fish place by the sea. We waited for a waterfront table but it was well worth it. Busy place for a reason! Go.

The dress of dreams. The movement, the many, many layers, the way it makes me feel. 🥰
It’s a second hand dress from .
I was gutted when it arrived it was far too long, I suspect that’s why it was being sold in the first place, but it was so special it was worth getting it shortened.
I wanted to wear it with flats but to retain the layers and swishyness and really did an amazing job. 🙏
It brings me so much joy. That’s what your clothes should do. 🤗
Here I am swishing around Valletta, special shout out to my art director who was very patient behind the camera! 🤣
Would 100% recommend it as a girls getaway destination - we had a blast. 🇲🇹
Purple and Pinterest 💜
I never thought I’d be wearing purple, pre colour analysis! It just never felt like my colour. Let alone, head to toe!!
But here I am - tonal dressing in purple and I’m here for it.
It really speaks to my style personality, a little bold, a little unique a little creative but rooted in the classics.
is a great form of inspiration it can really help to have a mood board or visual reference when building outfits to help keep you focused, new looks and any new purchases become intentional rather than scatter gun which inevitable leads to overwhelm.
