To protect my time and ensure I can continue providing the best service to all clients, I will now be enforcing my cancellation policy with no exceptions.

This means:
• All new clients will require a booking deposit.
• Regular clients can choose to pay a rolling deposit that transfers to each future appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will require the remaining balance to be paid before any future bookings can be made. Failure to do so will result in being unable to book with me.
