Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have started to have a significant impact on my small business. As a self-employed practitioner, every appointment that is missed means time that could have been offered to another client.

To help protect my business and keep appointments running fairly, I will now be introducing a non-refundable booking deposit for all future appointments.

✨ Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
✨ If you need to reschedule, I’ll happily transfer your deposit with at least 48 hours’ notice.
✨ Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in the deposit being retained.
