As a small business, every appointment booked is time reserved especially for you.
Unfortunately today, a no-show appointment resulted in a loss of £135 and left 3.5 hours of salon time that could have been offered to other clients waiting for appointments.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. All I ask is that clients give as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange. Even a quick message can make a huge difference.
Please remember:
💖 No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be charged in line with our cancellation policy.
💖 Repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full before future bookings are accepted.
💖 Respecting appointment times helps support a small, local business and ensures availability for other clients.
