The Women’s Rebalance Treatment :

This unique treatment was born from the need to address some of the issues many women experience in relation to hormone imbalance, for example, menopausal symptoms.

It is exclusive to Holistic Feel Good Factor.

It begins with a deeply, focused Reiki which specifically aims to rebalance mind, body and emotion.

It continues with a gentle head, neck and shoulder massage using a blend of essential oils, particularly useful during hormonal changes, aiming to calm emotions and to aid clarity of mind.

The final part of the treatment uses the Ayurvedic Kansa Wand on particular Marma points, situated on the face, to help with improving concentration, stimulate the memory, calm the mind and emotions and promote a sense of well-being.

Clients are often so relaxed after this treatment that they are reluctant to leave the treatment bed!

The vacuum action of the
microdermabrasion treatment works to stimulate blood flow, promoting elastin and collagen production. The combination of collagen stimulation and increased skin renewal will improve the condition of the skin's surface, smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles.

The warmed bronze wand, used in particular sequences, creates heat and helps the piezoelectric charge to work with the energy in the body.

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day.

I know from my own experience how hard it can be to “reach out”. That first step can take courage you may not feel you have but finding someone you can open up to can be a great help.

Remember that you matter 💜

On World Mental Health Day I particularly remember the amazing help I received from the NHS over the years when I had P.T.S.D., when I struggled with crippling anxiety and when I first understood that I was weighed down with depression.
The NHS was there when I finally admitted that I needed help each time.

Over time, I came to realise that I also needed my own tool box of solutions which led me to discover several ways to find and use various methods for support and I was later able to share these with others.

This still drives me today.

Please don’t struggle alone. There are ways of finding solutions via the NHS, counselling and yes, even complimentary therapies.
