New cancellation policy
Due to people not showing up at appointments I will now have to put a cancellation policy in place. I am losing money and sitting about waiting and setting up my workspace to do the services I provide and I do not plan anything else around my bookings. The cancellation policy as follows
More then 24hours notice to your appointment - no payment required and deposit will be refunded
Less then 24 hours before your appointment or no shows - half of the payment to be made which is given to you during consultation.
I’m sorry to have to do this girls but I am losing out on income and taking my own time to set everything up etc, please do not be disheartened by this🫶🏽
