Cancellation policy

Having you as a client is very special to me and your Appointment is of high importance.
Keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs low for you and keeps my business going.
I realise that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I request at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee - this will be assessed on an individual basis (I may be able to fill your slot with a waiting list).
A 24-hour minimum notice is standard for most salons.
By booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms.
Please contact me for any questions,
