With over 14 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Kathleen combines extensive knowledge, advanced therapeutic training, and intuitive care to create an experience built on trust. Known for her calming presence and restorative touch, Kathleen creates a space where women feel safe to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. Lesley was a doula long before being a mother, before she even knew of the word/role.
Supporting and holding the mother is in Lesley’s blood.
Having her own children and the challenges she faced in pregnancy, birth and postpartum provided further clarity - that this is her calling.

Her education begun in 2022 gaining knowledge on pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum care: workshops, courses and certified birth and postnatal doula training with Kate Woods | Conscious Birthing Last year Lesley finally took the plunge, hanging up her lab coat for good, to pursue full-time doula work:
