As you all know, I’m a massive mental health advocate. I think being a barber give me an amazing opportunity to offer a safe space to men who may never talk about things 🤍
After losing a friend due to mental health struggles, this stuff hits a lot closer to home.
I came across this website on TikTok where you can either go and read letters when you’re having a hard time, or write one to support someone who’s struggling.
