The times of my Yin Yoga classes are changing, from this week onwards there will only be one Yin Yoga with Yoga Nidra class on Tuesday from 6pm till 7pm, Wednesdays class with meditation, yin yoga and soundbath will be at the earlier time of 6.00pm until 7.20pm.
