✂️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to me.
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

❌ No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy:
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
• For first-time no-shows, a warning may be issued at my discretion. However, repeat no-shows will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the appointment being considered a no-show, depending on the schedule.

💳 Deposits:
• For appointments over 2 hours or £100 a deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled without proper notice.
