I have uploaded my availability for September as I am going away the 19th to the 24th so appointments will be limited. I am fully booked next week 🫶🏻

If you are requiring or due an appointment whilst I’m away I would recommend booking asap as I would hate to see you miss out.

✨ Important Appointment Update ✨

Effective immediately, all new appointments, including model sets, will require a £10 deposit to secure your booking. 🤍

Your £10 deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment, so it is not an additional charge.
I’ve made this decision to protect my time following an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, particularly since offering model sets. This is not something I have ever wanted to introduce, but I also need to value my time and the appointments that I have to turn away.
When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you. If you cancel last minute or don’t attend, the appointment could have been offered to someone else who was waiting for a slot.

Cancellation policy:
🤍 If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
🤍 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of the £10 deposit.
🤍 Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Late appointments:
⏰ I allow a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes, unfortunately I may not be able to complete your appointment, as this has a knock-on effect on the rest of the day and other clients.
I really hope you can understand why I’ve had to put this policy in place. 🫶🏻
This isn’t something I wanted to do, but my time is just as valuable as anyone else’s, and I want to be able to offer appointments to clients who genuinely want and need them.
