trying to use my voice again..

i was exhausted after. But I love teaching and i love speaking. So in small amounts, I was able to put this educational post together.

It is definitely the session for skin boosters and staring to prepare the skin for December parties.

Welcome to BELONG hormone harmony, a space for women of all ages, wether you are in your 20’s, or 70’s and not sure why you feel out of sorts, we welcome you to join us for the evening and share experiences or just listen to the latest research.

The cafe will be a safe place to find clarity on symptoms, gentle guidance on coping strategies, and the comfort of sharing your journey with others who truly understand.

Hormones shape every chapter of a woman’s life, and navigating these changes can feel overwhelming and lonely at times. But here at BELONG, you never have to walk this path alone.

Together we learn, we connect, and we grow, building a warm, supportive community where every woman feels seen, heard, and empowered to lift others up.
