Thank god I found something that suited me, works! gives my body everything it needs & makes me feel incredible physically & mentally💚💙

Since December 2022 I’ve lost over 13 stone💪 I eat 5 times a day! No cutting essential macro & micronutrients ie carbs! I love my food hence why I was the size I was! My plan is the easiest thing I’ve done & the support is incredible!

Not once have I felt like I’m on a ‘diet’ diets do NOT work! This is my lifestyle now I wouldn’t change a thing! 🤷‍♀️ Why would I when I have something makes me the best I ever have!
