Final Major Project - Flesh Accessories (2/4)

I have just completed my masters degree in Prosthetics for film and tv ending with my final major project. My project aimed to make innovative jewellery designs which combined my love of fashion and horror to create wearable art and accessories inspired by body parts.

This piece is this choker inspired by the texture of flesh, sculpted with clay, moulded with resin and cast in silicone with detailing created by alcohol activated paints and sealed in silicone.

Final Major Project - Flesh Accessories (1/4)

I have just completed my masters degree in Prosthetics for film and tv ending with my final major project. My project aimed to make innovative jewellery designs which combined my love of fashion and horror to create wearable art and accessories inspired by body parts.

This set of products are my personal favourite and took the most technical ability. Ear earrings - life cast from a models ears, made into silicone moulds, cast in encapsulated silicone and details painted with IPA activated paints. Earring hooks are sterling silver. These were created in 3 different skin tones.

It’s been a little while since I posted on here as it’s been a very busy few weeks trying to get moulds and pieces ready for my next masters exam at the end of this month!
