This year, Service joins stakeholders across the country and the global community to mark *World Su***de Prevention Day* under the triennial (2024–2026) theme: *“Changing the Narrative on Su***de.”*

Too often, su***de is spoken about in silence, stigma, and fear.

Changing the Narrative means shifting from shame to support, from hopelessness to help, and from isolation to connection.

It reminds us that su***de is *preventable* when we listen with compassion, create safe spaces, use supportive language, and work together to strengthen mental health systems.

As we commemorate this day, let us all commit to changing the narrative because every life matters, every story counts, and every act of care can save a life. 💛
