This meeting will also serve as an opportunity for community members to interact with Hon. Edem Kpotosu, discuss important developmental issues, and share ideas towards the progress and welfare of our community.

Over the weekend, a remarkable beautification project took place at Mawuli Estate Community led by a group of dedicated volunteers committed to improving the environment and creating a cleaner, greener neighborhood for everyone.

The volunteers worked tirelessly to clean selected areas, clear weeds, level portions of the roadside, and prepare spaces for planting flowers and greenery. Their effort reflects a strong spirit of unity, community service, and pride in keeping Mawuli Estate attractive and welcoming.

We sincerely commend all the volunteers who sacrificed their time and energy to make this project a success. Their dedication serves as an inspiration to the entire community and demonstrates what can be achieved when people come together for a common purpose.

We encourage all residents of Mawuli Estate Community to support and participate in future beautification activities. Together, we can continue to build a cleaner, healthier, and more beautiful environment for ourselves and future generations.

CHAIRMAN SETH ADOBOE COMMENCES 3-DAY VISIT TO THE AGED IN MAWULI ESTATE COMMUNITY

Chairman Seth Adoboe Yesterday 17th February, 2026 commenced a special three-day visitation to the aged members of the Mawuli Estate Community as part of efforts to strengthen bonds and promote welfare among senior residents.

The Chairman was accompanied by Elder Proper Kpodo-Tay, Madam Gladys Dzadey (Officer in Charge of the Aged), and Mr. Jacob Fenteng, Coordinator.

The team first paid a courtesy call on Mr. Seth Adegah, the immediate past Chairman of the community. He warmly received the delegation and described the initiative as thoughtful and commendable. Mr. Adegah extended his greetings to all community members and encouraged everyone to live in unity, love one another, and be each other’s keeper.

Madam Gladys Dzadey offered a heartfelt prayer for Mr. Adegah and all the aged in the community asking God to grant them good health, strength and long life.

The delegation then visited Madam Rose Necku to check on her well-being and understand any challenges she may be facing. Chairman Seth Adoboe explained that the visit was not only to show appreciation but also to listen and offer support where necessary.

Madam Necku expressed gratitude to the Chairman and his team for remembering her. She mentioned that although she was generally doing well, she is facing challenges with water and electricity supply. According to her, *water does not flow adequately in her lane, and the newly installed ECG meter frequently goes off—almost every ten minutes, especially at night* thereby affecting their household gudget.

Chairman Seth Adoboe and the elders sympathized with her and assured her that they would engage the appropriate authorities to address the issues.

Chairman Seth and his team proceeded to visit Mr. and Mrs. Buckner, who were delighted to receive them. Mr. Buckner thanked the Chairman and his entourage for the thoughtful gesture. He prayed for wisdom and strength for the Chairman and his elders and urged the team to remain focused and continue their good work for the development of the Mawuli Estate Community.

The final visit for the day was to Madam Fredericka Kofi, who was equally pleased with the visit. When asked about her well-being, she stated that she was doing well and thanked the delegation for their concern.

Elder Proper Kpodo-Tay encouraged her to reach out to him should she require any assistance, especially transportation support in times of need.
