☘️A successful story to share☘️

Mother’s note

As a working mom of three, I am constantly joggling between my job and my 3 kids 24/7 all day everyday, the lack of exercises and overwhelming work especially after my second delivery of my twins in 2013 did not give me any breather at all. I had never paid enough attentions to my body conditions until my dad is recently diagnosed with mixed conditions of illness which alerts me to immediately look at my body and health again.

I started working out in the gym and jogging but did not see much improvement especially on my abdominal muscle. Recently I learned about Bengkung belly binding and I decided to give it a try and started my “Project Belly Binding” 😆.

After 10 days of belly binding treatment, looking at myself through the photos taken on Day 1 vs Day 10, “WOW” and “OMG” are the only words in my mind. The effect and result was unbelievably amazing. I can’t wait to share my personal story and photos with my family and friends, not only my abdominal muscle got strengthened and flattened, my waistline reappeared, my pelvic got tightened, but also my long term back pain is now almost gone!!

Just when I thought that it would be impossible to ever reshape my body, I can now tell everyone that everything becomes possible as long as you work on it and believe in yourself.

我作為一個21世紀的現代女性和三孩之母，每天都營營役役周旋在工作、孩子和家庭之間，尤其在2013年第二次生產完一對孖仔之後，每天都覺得很疲倦，總是唞不過氣來。亦因如此，我亦已漸漸忽略甚至放棄好好照顧自己的身體。直至近月，我的爸爸被多種長期病和頑疾而令其身體狀況每況愈下，這刻，我的腦海裏即時響起一個警號—我要從新好好照顧自己的身體。

最初，我只用最普遍的運動方法，做gym和慢跑。但是效果並不明顯，腹部肌肉仍然鬆散，完全沒有支撐力。直至最近，我認識了馬來西亞的古法紮肚，我決定要試一試，用它改變我的身形。

經過十天的紥肚療程，對比第一天和第十天所拍的照片，效果簡直難以置信。腦海裏面頓是出現了「嘩」和「OMG」。這是因為我的腹部肌肉和盆骨完全收緊了，八年來累積的胃腩扁平了，內臟好像歸回原位，還有令眾媽媽夢寐以求的腰線重現。而令我最高興的是纏繞多年的腰痛都即時大大減輕。

有一句俗語是「這個世界沒有醜女人，只有懶女人」。現在真是深深體會這句說話的意思。真的，我希望藉此分享我的經歷和紥肚體驗而啟發每一位媽媽。誰説生咗八年做唔到？
