Get • 香港羽毛球運動員謝影雪 去年準備出戰巴黎奧運期間，遇到接踵而來的挑戰，但她憑藉堅強的意志逐一克服。「去年年初，我的兩個膝蓋腫了起來，疼痛難當，令我完全無法走路。其後，我確診患上類風濕關節炎，幸好吃藥後就康復了。豈料，出發前往巴黎前10天，我的右肩脫了臼。那段期間，我面對接二連三的打擊，因此每天都以淚洗面。到了完成奧運賽事的那一刻，所有情緒都爆發出來。雖然去年的戰績不太好，但我能夠跨過重重難關，戰勝種種挑戰，並且順利完成奧運賽事，我對自己的表現感到很滿意。」

香港羽毛球運動員鄧俊文 多年來在運動場上經歷過不少高低起跌，為他的人生帶來不少啟發，「無論在羽毛球場上或人生旅途上，都不可能永遠一帆風順，所以遇上逆境時，我們要盡量積極面對，堅持到底，不要輕易放棄。我相信，熬過了艱苦的日子後，就會看見彩虹。」
