One of the most important parts of your aftercare is following the 5-5-5 rule to help evenly distribute the poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) microparticles beneath the skin.

Here’s what to do:
✔️ Wash your hands.
✔️ Apply a moisturiser or serum.
✔️ Massage the treated areas using firm, circular motions.
✔️ Start at the temples (if treated), then move to the area in front of the ears, followed by the cheeks and lower face.
✔️ Repeat for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 consecutive days.
