We have TWO JOINT 1ST-PLACE WINNERS! 🎉🎉

Congratulations, ladies! 👏👏 You both showed great consistency and commitment throughout September. We celebrate you! 💪❤️

👟 WELCOME TO OUR OCTOBER CHALLENGE!

🔥 10,000 STEPS EVERY DAY! 🔥

This month, everyone participating must complete 10,000 steps each day and send evidence showing that the 10,000 steps have been achieved. A screenshot from your phone, smartwatch, fitness app or step counter is perfect.

Come on, everyone — this is your month to join in! 🙌

Don't worry about speed. Walk at your own pace, but keep moving. Every step counts, and every day is another opportunity to become stronger and healthier.

Let's motivate one another, stay accountable and make October count!

💜 STRONGER TOGETHER — WE MOVE TOGETHER, WE WIN TOGETHER!

👟 10,000 STEPS — LET'S GO! 🔥

And now… **WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER!** 🎊

Our September challenge is:

🚶🏽‍♀️ **30 MINUTES WALK EVERY DAY** 🚶🏽‍♂️
📅 **1st – 30th September**

The goal is simple: **30 minutes of intentional walking every single day.**

And because I’m sending this message late today 😄, I’m giving **EVERYONE DAY 1 FREE!** 😂🎁

✅ Walked today? **Day 1 DONE!**
✅ Didn’t walk today? **Day 1 STILL DONE!** 😂

So everybody is starting September with **1/1!** 🙌🏽

But from tomorrow… **no free gifts o! 😂😂**
Get those walking shoes ready! 👟

Let’s encourage one another, stay consistent and keep moving.

🔥 **30 DAYS — 30 MINUTES A DAY!**
