✨ What is Kundalini Activation? ✨

Kundalini is often described as a powerful life force energy that resides at the base of the spine, in the Root Chakra. It is believed that before we entered this world, we were deeply connected to Source and our soul's purpose. As we moved through birth, that connection became less conscious.

A Kundalini Activation is a guided energy experience designed to help awaken this dormant life force energy. During the session, I use gentle touch on specific energy points, along with sound and intention, to support the natural movement of energy from the base of the spine, up through the Chakras.

Many people describe feeling a greater sense of clarity, inner awareness, emotional release, and connection to themselves. Some also experience a renewed sense of purpose and alignment on their personal journey.

Every experience is unique, and the energy unfolds in its own way, at its own pace. ✨
