Some people want a result so natural you'd wonder whether they'd had anything done at all. Some want something more noticeable. Both are completely valid, and we design around what you want rather than a fixed formula.

Timing matters just as much. Prevention and correction are two different conversations, and where you are right now decides which one applies to you.

Treating the jawline isn't about making your jaw bigger. It's about balance.
People assume it's about size. It isn't. We look at your whole profile from the side and work out what actually supports it, rather than adding volume for the sake of it.
Chin and jawline get lumped together constantly, but they solve different problems. Work along the jawline itself creates structure there. Some people need one, some need both, and that comes down entirely to your own facial anatomy.

Why are some people puffier than others after a skin booster? It comes down to your lymphatic system.

If you have lymphatic stagnation, fluid doesn't move as efficiently. I have it badly myself, so if I don't get enough sleep I'm noticeably puffy under the eyes, treatment or no treatment.

So if that's you, I'd expect you to be puffier during the healing stage than someone who isn't. Equally, if you've very little hydration under the eyes, that changes things too.

It isn't a complication. It's your physiology, and it's one of the things that shapes what I'd actually recommend for you in the first place.

The under-eye dots. Everyone's scared of them, so let's talk about how long they actually last.
To be clear, this is a pattern I've seen in clinic rather than something formally proven.
Your first session, expect them around for two to three days. I'd genuinely say don't go back to work the next day.
From there it improves. You'll have around three sessions maximum, and with each one it seems to absorb better as the skin starts functioning properly and its integrity improves. It settles faster each time.
Why the eyes specifically? It's such a localised, tightly packed area, so it hangs around longer than it would on the face where there's more room for it to disperse.
And the extreme bumpiness you've seen online? A lot of that is a marketing technique, they photograph you at your worst so the result looks more dramatic. Just be aware of it.

No, you will not smell like salmon. Now that that's out of the way, here's what salmon DNA actually does.
It's derived from wild or farmed salmon, and sometimes trout. What researchers found is that it has a repairing quality, and the molecule is very small.
Placed into the skin, it essentially tells your body to start repairing itself, producing more collagen, functioning a little better, and calming inflammation down.
That makes it useful for inflamed skin conditions like angry breakouts and rosacea. It's also strong for collagen, so sun damage, fine lines, smoker's lines and general signs of ageing, it can help slow them down or soften them.
Two questions I get constantly:
Allergic to fish? Your chance of reacting to that specific fraction is very, very low.
Suitable for vegans or vegetarians? It's still an animal derivative, so that's a personal call. Vegetarians, I'd say usually yes. Vegans, probably not.

Six to twelve sessions. That's the honest answer for laser hair removal, and it depends on you.
Thicker hair needs more. A man with a very hairy back, I'd say six minimum.
Hair colour and skin tone both matter. Laser is attracted to darker hair and darker pigment, so where you sit on the Fitzpatrick scale changes the plan, and it's also why the risk of burns is higher for deeper skin tones if the settings aren't right.
That's not a reason to avoid laser. It's a reason to make sure whoever's holding the handpiece knows how to adjust for your skin.

Laser can clear broken capillaries, but only the red ones. Here's where the line is.
Anything red, we can help with. As soon as it turns purple or blue, it's out of our range with laser.
That includes legs, not just the face, we treat capillaries there too. A lot of people confuse the two and assume it's all the same thing.
