Arrived in Sun City for Forever’s Eagle Manager’s Retreat 🇿🇦🦅

Watching business owners arrive from all over the world reminds me how many connections this business has brought into my life.

Being here means a lot to me. Behind this trip are years of learning, showing up, looking after customers and helping others build their own businesses.

I’m proud to have qualified and grateful to everyone who has been part of that journey. 💛

The next few days are a chance to learn, share ideas and reconnect—and I’m excited to bring that inspiration back to my team.

How epic… to actually be here in South Africa standing beside this monument to Nelson Mandela ❤️

A man whose courage, resilience and belief in a better future touched so many lives. A special moment to stop and take it all in.

When I started my Forever business as a single mum of four, I could never have imagined it would bring me here.

Today I’m feeling very grateful🫶for the opportunity, the people I’ve met along the way, and memories like this that I’ll always treasure.

So it begins… 🇿🇦🥂

I’m heading to South Africa for an earned trip with Forever Living, and I’ll be sharing a few moments with you along the way!

First leg complete, and we’re relaxing in the lounge at Abu Dhabi Airport, enjoying a wee w**e before our next flight.

I’m relaxed, excited, and sitting here realising just how lucky I am.

When I started with Forever, my focus was on providing for my children. I never imagined the experiences it would bring into my life.

There’s been plenty of hard work along the way, but moments like this make me stop and appreciate it all. Feeling very grateful tonight. 💚

Ten years ago, I went on my first Forever trip as a solo mum who simply wanted to build something for her children. I couldn’t have imagined how much I’d grow along the way 🫶or that I’d one day feel confident travelling on my own.

Tuesday night… ❤️

After our business presentation in Belfast last night, I was treated to the loveliest dinner at The Merchant by our Country Manager, Michael, to celebrate achieving Eagle Manager. 🦅

And sitting there I had one of those little moments where I thought… how lovely is it to be acknowledged and made to feel special simply for doing my job and building my business?

No big secret. No overnight success. Just showing up, staying consistent and doing something I genuinely enjoy.

And now, in just 16 days, that recognition is taking me all the way to South Africa. 🇿🇦✈️

Sometimes you really do have to stop and appreciate where saying yes can take you.

Sunday reset ❤️

My alarm went off at 7am this morning 🙈on a Sunday! 😂 But for the best reason… a FaceTime call with my daughter and family in Australia. When they’re on the other side of the world, you set the alarm. ❤️

Sunday breakfast with a friend, something I always look forward to, followed by a very slow afternoon at home, a bit of organising and eventually tackling the bedroom and the clothes that seem to multiply all by themselves. 😂

And then I decided I needed this… a little time at my brother’s Recovery Rooms to completely switch off and recharge.

Now I’m home, totally chilled on a Sunday evening and feeling ready for Monday .

I think we’re all very good at filling our days with the things that need done. Sometimes we need to put ourselves on that list too. ❤️

Okay… the excitement is officially kicking in 🇿🇦✨

In a few weeks THIS is where I’ll be. ❤️

The countdown is on …20 days 🎉

Tonight I’m sitting at home, feet up, online shopping because apparently South Africa requires an entirely new wardrobe 😂

This is another trip I’ve earned through the business I started over 11 years ago… and I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever stop getting excited about where it has taken me.

Now for the important question… what on earth am I wearing? 😂

Sometimes people see where you are now… but they don’t see where you started. ❤️

I certainly didn’t start with a big business plan or any idea of where this would take me.

I was simply a mum of four looking for something that could fit around family life 🫶and it started at my kitchen table.

More than 11 years later, it’s given me so much more than I ever expected: an income, incredible experiences, confidence, friendships and, most importantly, choices.

I’ve shared a little more of my story on the website today ✨including why I still believe so strongly that you don’t need hours every day or thousands of followers to build something of your own.

I’m not looking for everyone ✨

I’m looking for her!

The woman who quietly wonders if there could be more.

More freedom.
More choice.
More security.
More excitement about her own future.

The woman who has spent years doing what needed to be done. Looking after everyone else. Paying the bills. Raising the family. Going to work. Keeping everything moving.

But somewhere underneath all of that, there’s still a little voice saying…

“Surely this isn’t it?”

I know that woman.

Because there was a time when I had absolutely no idea what my future was going to look like.

I didn’t have a grand plan.

I just reached a point where I was willing to try something different.

And thank goodness I did.

Not because it magically made life perfect.

But because it gave me something incredibly important again:

Possibility.

The possibility of earning more.
The possibility of building something of my own.
The possibility of meeting new people, travelling, growing and creating choices I didn’t have before.

So no, I’m not looking for everyone.

I’m looking for the woman reading this who felt something.

The woman who is tired of watching another year go by thinking, maybe someday.

Maybe your life is absolutely fine.

But maybe fine isn’t enough for you anymore.

You don’t need to know how.

You don’t need to be confident.

You don’t even need to know whether this is for you.

You just need to be curious enough to ask.

Because sometimes the biggest changes in our lives begin with one very small decision:

“I’m going to find out.”

DOUBLE SHIFT GRANDPARENTS 🫶

It really did take a village ❤️

Looking at this photo just makes me feel incredibly grateful.

Those tough Solo Mum years would have looked very different without Mum and Dad.

They had already raised their own family… and then somehow found themselves doing the school runs, sports runs, dance runs, doctors, dentists, pickups, drop-offs and everything else that came with raising four kids. ❤️

Their house became the second home
🏡 although I’m pretty sure at times the kids thought it was their first. 😂

First stop before a big event.
The lunchtime café.
The place to land after a night out when the extra walk home suddenly seemed far too much effort. 🤣

Their door was always open.

When I look back now, I realise just how much of my solo mum journey they carried alongside me.

I genuinely couldn’t have done those years without them.

And seeing my four standing beside their Granny and Granda like this… I just feel very, very lucky. ❤️

Some things you appreciate at the time.
Others you appreciate even more as the years go by. ❤️
