Anahata ~ Unbeaten, Unhurt, Unstruck
Chakrasana is home to me. No matter how my practice looks like or how my day or life looks like, I always keep coming back to this heart opener. And everytime it teaches me something new. Sometimes it teaches me compassion and at other times forgiveness, self love, generosity, respect and kindness.......above all it inspires me to open my heart to others with loving kindness and compassion.
And no matter what life throws at me, it inspires me to stay unbeaten and resilient.
