1996 - The year when the founder of Beauty Planet began his new journey as a large cosmetics store manager. Before this venture the market was unorganized with not many cosmetic and salon brands operating in the Indian market. This venture was specially designed to give a complete feel of all beauty related products and salon professional requirements under one roof. In a small beauty market, wi
th hardly any players and a closed economy, the promoters sensed the need and christened the organization. This soon boomed ahead to become the biggest beauty store pan INDIA for over a good span of 10 years. With a 25% year on year growth, the organization soon became a well cherished brand all over the country. Beauty salons anywhere in the country knew just one name while shopping for beauty products and this was an achievement in itself. It is then that many more similar enterprises started coming up and the need for proper distribution in smaller cities became more and more needed. With imports from various countries getting to become easier the main focus was to get the concept everywhere. This is when the need for a separate venture BEAUTY PLANET was needed and the project was set up. The venture was a big success immediately as it provided a separate channel for small dealers across the country to get the quality products and services available in every city. Immediately after that the brands CASA and TWEEX were launched to give the dealers and consumers brands which they could trust . CASA was launched as a brand for salon equipments and salon furniture. TWEEX was launched as a brand fro salon accessories
Needless to say both the brands grew year in and out and in a short span have taken up a large share of the market. These brands are being sold through 100 distributors across the length and breadth of the country. In the world of Cosmetics, Skin & Hair Care, Beauty Accessories ,Salon Equipments and Salon Furniture, we provide the right synergy to all Indian and Multinational Companies of which the list is nearly endless. The retails sector has also been taken by storm as the need for helping to buy more than pure selling is visible at our store.
