I might not be the most popular aesthetics injector on the island… and I’m completely OK with that.

Jersey is super lucky to have a large number of qualified medical injectors and I’m behind every one of them. But this is me, my job and what I may or may not bring to the table….

💡 I’m a headstrong Capricorn, always thinking of new ideas to bring to the table, thinking of new ways to achieve a goal or looking a brand new fresh treatments with interesting science to back them up.

💡 I do ask a lot of questions. I want to understand what makes my patients tick, what makes them fiercely confident and to understand what I can do to help them achieve it.

💡 However, I’m ridiculously risk averse which I see as a massive advantage in this industry. Dates back from the hours spent looking after intensive care patients when every single second mattered and absolutely nothing could be missed or taken for granted. One missed observation, one wrong touch of a button, could have catastrophic outcomes.

📚 I’m obsessed with research. I read, read read. Journals, papers…… I need the science!!

💡 I don’t follow every new trend just because everyone else is doing it. A trait I drill into my patients. You do you. No one else.

💡 And yes… I will tell you when I think you don’t need something. 😂. In fact, this happens a lot more frequently than you may think. Nasolabial folds……the grooves from the nose to the outer corners of your mouth!! No you do not need to get rid of those!! They are natural. A little lift maybe, at the very most. Because I’m not interested in creating a face that looks like it’s had work done. I’m interested in helping you look like the best version of you — whilst keeping things considered, safe and natural.

💉 So if you’re looking for an injector who will simply give you whatever you ask for, I might not be your girl.

But if you value honesty, experience, clinical knowledge, research and someone who genuinely cares about getting it right…

…then we might get along very nicely 🤍

You’re never just an appointment, another sale or even just another number.

Pharmaceutical giant Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company and the brand behind Botox, has announced that the European Commission (EC) has approved trenibotulinumtoxinE ‘Boey’ in Europe.

Allergan says that Boey is the first rapid-onset and short-duration botulinum neurotoxin serotype E approved in Europe for the temporary improvement of frown lines/glabellar lines in adult patients.

The company shares that results may be seen as early as eight hours after treatment and typically wear off within two to three weeks. The company says that Boey offers a differentiated treatment option for those curious about facial injectables, but perhaps not ready to commit.
