🌱 After watching this recording I realized I am in need of a trim. My last trim was late last year and we're nearing the end of April.
Trimming/dusting your hair is important to maintaining the overall health of your hair. It removes dead ends, split ends, single stand knots if you're natural and it really just makes your hair look better.
I'll be giving myself a trim in the morning. When was the last time you had a trim?
