And this is your reminder that painful periods is not normal.
Heavy periods that soak through everything.
Periods that last longer than a week.
Extremely painful ovulation.
Chronic pelvic pain.
Digestive issues.
These aren’t things we should just “push through” or normalize because we’re women.
Endometriosis is often missed, dismissed, or diagnosed years too late because we’re taught that suffering is part of having a cycle. It’s not.

The easiest way to calculate your ovulation and fertile period
Assuming your menstruation started today, being the 5th of March, and your menstrual cycle length is 26 days.
Count off 26 days from the first date of your period, which is counting from 5th March upward to your 26 days cycle length. 5th March counting to next 26days =31st March (This simply means you should be expecting your next me**es on 31st March)
And it's normal to menstruate twice in a month, hence your cycle is not upto 30days cycle length and if your me**es always starts on 1st, 2nd or even 3rd of every month, you're likely to menstruate at the first and end of the same month and it's totally normal
Let's calculate the ovulation. Ovulation is 14 days before the next me**es, not 14 days after me**es. Pls know the difference between 14 days after and 14days before the next me**es (even if you're 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 days menstrual cycle length, your ovulation is usually 14 days to your next period). Now, back to my explanation, subtract 31 from 14 days = 17th March. Remember, 31 is gotten from the date of your next menstrual flow). Your ovulation is on the 17th of March
Fertile period is always 5 days before ovulation to a day after ovulation. This is because, s***m can live for a max of 5 days, but a woman's egg lasts for 12 to 24hrs. Your fertile period is 12th - 18th March, but the actual day of your ovulation is on 17th March
