Today, I celebrate another year of life, and my heart is filled with gratitude.

Happy Birthday to me! 🎉❤️

This journey hasn't been easy. I've known days when I cried in silence, smiled through pain, and kept going even when I felt like giving up. There were moments when I questioned everything, but somehow, God gave me the strength to take one more step.

I've lost people I loved, faced disappointments, and learned lessons I never expected. But every challenge made me stronger, wiser, and more grateful for the gift of life.

Today, I'm not celebrating a perfect life. I'm celebrating a heart that refused to quit, a soul that kept believing, and a future that is still full of hope.

To everyone who has supported me, prayed for me, encouraged me, or simply believed in me—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness has meant more than you know.

As I begin this new chapter, I pray for good health, peace, happiness, new opportunities, and the courage to keep chasing my dreams. May this year bring healing where there has been pain, joy where there has been sadness, and blessings beyond anything I can imagine.

"I Thought Marriage Was the Prize... Until I Lived It." 💔

At 22, I couldn't wait to get married.

I watched beautiful weddings, admired matching outfits, and dreamed of the perfect family. Everyone around me kept asking, "When are you getting married?" I thought marriage was the finish line.

I was wrong.

No one told me that marriage is more than love.

No one told me about the sleepless nights after painful arguments... the silent tears cried in the bathroom so no one would notice... the pressure of bills... the weight of expectations... or how two people raised in completely different homes can struggle to understand each other.

The photos on social media were smiling.

The reality behind closed doors was different.

There were days I felt completely alone, even while sitting next to the person I had promised to spend my life with. I questioned myself. I questioned my decisions. I wondered if I had rushed into something I wasn't truly prepared for.

People celebrate the wedding day.

Very few ask how the marriage is going a year later.

That's when I realized something important...

Marriage is not a race.

Getting married because of age, pressure from relatives, or fear of being single can lead to heartbreak. Marriage needs maturity, patience, trust, communication, forgiveness, and two people who are willing to grow together.

If you're still single, don't let anyone make you feel like you're late.

It's better to wait for the right partner than to spend years trying to escape the wrong marriage.

And if you're already married and facing hard times, remember that asking for help is not weakness. Healthy marriages are built with honesty, respect, and effort from both partners.

Not every marriage ends in happiness.

Not every marriage ends in heartbreak either.

But every marriage teaches a lesson.
