Kulikuwa na huyu lecturer wa Philosophy of Education pale KU… mtu calm, humble sana. Siku moja tukamnotice ako na kale ka-simu ka zamani ya Motorola round head 📱
Tukamwuliza,
"Sir, mbona hutumii smartphone?"
Akatabasamu kidogo, halafu akasema:
"Nilikuwa nayo… lakini siku moja nikiwa nimechoka kidogo ofisini, nikasinzia… comrade mmoja akaingia polepole, akaitoa, akaenda nayo… tangu hiyo siku nikachoka na smartphone."
Darasa ikanyamaza.
Si ati hana uwezo wa kununua nyingine… ni vile moyo iliumia. Kuamini watu halafu wanakuvunja trust 😔

University si tu place ya kusoma, ni place ya kujenga character.
Ukiiba ya mwingine, hauchukui tu kitu… unachukua amani yake pia.
Kuweni wapole.
Kuweni wa ukweli.
Respect watu—ata k**a ni lecturer ama comrade mwenzako.

Some people will marry you with a whole wedding, vows, and witnesses… then years later start saying “you were never my type.”
Excuse me… were you blind during courtship?
Did someone drag you to the altar?
Was the ring forced on your finger?
Marriage is not an experiment where you test someone’s heart and later return them like a product that didn’t meet your taste.
When you stood there and said “I do,” you were choosing that person — their looks, their flaws, their story, their future.
Stop insulting people’s dignity by rewriting history because you lack maturity or commitment. If someone was never your type, the right time to say it was before the wedding, not after building a life with them.
People are not temporary options you discard when your feelings change.
Respect the vows you made. Respect the person you chose. 💔

Some schools are what they are today because of years of sacrifice, discipline, and commitment from parents, teachers, and leadership.
There are policies, programmes, and traditions—many even financed by parents—that have quietly built the school into the institution it is today. Many people outside the school may not see or understand the effort behind it.
Then a new parent joins and immediately wants to oppose the very things that made the school what it is.
Even governments set general guidelines on how society should live, but every family still chooses what works best for them. In the same way, every school develops systems that work for its community.
So before trying to dismantle what you find, take time to understand why it exists.
Let me say this for free: don’t water down what has been built for many years. Respect the culture and systems that have helped the school grow. And if it does not align with you, sometimes the best option is simply to return to where you came from rather than weaken what already works.
