This Thursday, The Guest Shows features the ebullient Sugandha Menon, Founder of Artistic Yoga & Pilates in Kuwait. Sugandha was introduced to yoga at a critical time in her life. She had taken ill and conventional medicine failed to help her. It was by chance that she was introduced to yoga, but it changed her life. Soon, she decided to share the benefits of yoga with the general public through her yoga programme, which became very popular with the passage of time.
