Laughter Yoga Lebanon (Since 2009)

Laughter Yoga Lebanon- was FIRST introduced to the Middle East in April 2009 by Liliane Akiki who was certified as Laughter Leader by L'école Française du rire" in Paris, March 2009!! Laughter Yoga is a new approach of RELAXATION and STRESS management. In the 19th century, it was proven that laughter is essential for body and mind, even more; it could replace certain medications such as pain killers and anti- depressors. Since people all over the world tend to laugh less nowadays, even much lesser in Lebanon, Laughter Yoga was found to rehabilitate our system in order to live healthier, get rid of muscle tensions and establish the necessary physiological and psychological balance.
