✨ Preparing a Sacred Space for Your Reiki Journey ✨

Before you arrive, I gently prepare the space with intention, love and presence. 🌿🤍

The Reiki bed is carefully prepared, the atmosphere softened, and every little detail placed with the intention of creating a peaceful sanctuary where you can let go, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself.

🌿 I prepare a warm herbal tea, made with carefully chosen homegrown herbs — a simple gift from nature to help you ground, soften and arrive fully in the present moment.

🕯️ The space is cleansed, the energy is gently held, and the room becomes a quiet invitation to pause.

Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is accidental.
Every detail is part of the experience.

Because Reiki is not simply about the time spent on the table…
it begins the moment you enter a space where you feel safe, held and welcomed. ✨

Let’s begin this day consciously — with stillness, breath, gratitude, and a little meditation.

Close your eyes. Breathe in deeply… and slowly breathe out.
Release everything that no longer belongs to you.
Feel the moment. Feel yourself. Feel life.

Thank you for my life, my body, my journey, and all the little miracles surrounding me.

I trust life and know that what is meant for me will find me at the right time.

Feel it. Visualize it. Trust it.
And then release it into the universe. 🌙✨
