Workouts for the road. Results for life. No gym. No excuses. Just real results on the go. Pullandgofitness.com

Pull & Go Fitness helps truckers and busy people get strong, burn fat, and stay consistent anywhere using simple resistance band training.

Most people pull resistance bands completely wrong.

They use their hands instead of their back. That one mistake kills your results before you even start.

Here's the fix: imagine you're snapping a stick in half with both hands. Drive your elbows back, squeeze your shoulder blades together, and let your hands follow.

That's how you actually build back strength with a band. 💪

You don't need a gym for THIS. 💪

That same intensity? You can build it anywhere.
A resistance band. A small space. 10 minutes.

Here's a quick upper body burner you can do RIGHT NOW:

✔ Band Pull-Aparts. 3x15
✔ Resistance Band Rows. 3x12
✔ Overhead Press. 3x10

Rest stop. Hotel room. Living room. Doesn't matter.

Drop "BANDS" in the comments and I'll send you a free full workout to get started today. 🔥

💪🚛 Real talk, driver… you don’t need a gym.

If you’ve got 10 minutes at a rest stop, you’ve got enough time to build strength.

Try this quick “cab-friendly” circuit today:
1) Band rows – 12 reps
2) Push-ups (hands on bunk/seat if needed) – 8 to 12 reps
3) Band squats – 12 reps

Do 2 rounds. Rest 60 seconds between moves.

Comment “ROAD” and I’ll tell you how to adjust this if your shoulders or low back get cranky.

I want to talk about something most drivers just accept as part of the job. 🚛

The back pain.

You wake up stiff. You climb into the cab and within an hour, your lower back is already tightening up. By mile 300, you're shifting in your seat every 20 minutes just trying to find a comfortable position.

And the worst part? You've just accepted it. "That's just what driving does to you."

But here's what I know after years of working with drivers — that pain isn't inevitable. It's a symptom of muscles that have been sitting idle for too long, and it can be addressed with as little as 10 minutes of the right movement.

No gym. No chiropractor appointment. Just a resistance band and a rest stop.

I've seen drivers go from barely being able to climb out of their cab to moving freely again — just by adding short, targeted sessions into their day.

Your body is your most important piece of equipment. It deserves the same maintenance you give your truck.

If your back has been talking to you lately, drop a comment below. You're not alone — and there's a real solution. 👇

🚛💪 10 minutes. One band. Done.

If you’ve got a packed schedule (or you’re living on the road), this is your reminder that you don’t need a gym to get stronger.

Try this quick circuit next time you stop:
1) Band rows x 12
2) Band squats x 12
3) Band chest press x 12
4) Band deadlift x 12

Do 2–3 rounds. Rest as needed. Save this for your next stop.

Comment “BANDS” and I’ll tell you what band to start with.

🚛 You can drive 600 miles a day…
…but still do NOTHING for your body.

That’s the problem.

Truckers sit 10+ hours daily →
back tight, energy low, weight creeping up.

Then one day… you don’t recognize yourself.

Truth most won’t tell you:

You don’t need a gym.
You don’t need hours.
👉 You need a system that fits the road.

Start here (5 minutes):

• 20 squats
• 15 push-ups
• 30-sec plank
• Walk 5 minutes

Do it daily.

There’s no “perfect time.”
Start on the road… or stay stuck on it.

I help drivers get in shape with simple, truck-friendly workouts.

A lot of people don’t realize how tough it is to stay healthy as a truck driver.

Long hours sitting…
random food options…
crazy schedules…

It adds up fast if you’re not careful.

That’s why exercising out here matters more than people think.

It’s not about having a perfect routine or a full gym.
It’s about doing something consistently.

Even 10–20 minutes a day…
A walk, a few pushups, resistance bands…

That alone can help with:
• energy
• weight control
• back pain
• overall health

This lifestyle will either wear you down or build discipline.
It really comes down to your daily habits.

That’s exactly why I built Pull & Go Fitness —
simple, truck-friendly workouts you can do anywhere.

Respect to the drivers out here putting in the work 💯🚛

Most drivers don’t have a workout problem…
they have a movement problem.

Sitting all day = tight chest, weak core, stiff shoulders.

Push-ups are one of the simplest ways to fix it inside your truck.

Start with 10 a day and build from there.
